SPECIAL TERMS
The best characteristic of BIN FINS is the possibility of personalization; for this reason the BIN FINS company is engaged to make a new monofin if the costumer is not satisfied by the product, to reach the best quality and the best level of costumer satisfaction. Obviously, the costumer must take care of the product and give it back to the producer in the original conditions. The limit time for changing is 1 month by the receiving of the good.
DELIVERY
The delivery of the order is through express courier and it takes about one or two week to reach his destination. In the order is very important to indicate the delivery address with a mobile phone to contact for the courier.
The price of delivery is different for each destination (for info please contact: info@binfins.com) and it’s not included in the cost of products (only in the cost of mono bag). It’s not possible to do a delivery of more than one product for each bulk.
PAYMENT MODALITIES
The payment must be done for the total amount at the moment of deliver the product. The product will not be delivered without the payment.
The payment options are 2:
- throught bank transfer (with extra charge of 1 € for Euro € zone contries and 3 € for extra Euro€ zone country);
- throught WESTERN UNION.
