Il processo di fabbricazione
The manufacturing process of a Binfins monofins is entirely hand made It begins with the production of fiberglass sheet to get the blade, with its different characteristics of shape, size, hardness and elasticity.
Once the balde have been created, begins the making process of the shoes. The shoes are tailor-made for each foot and for each distance, in order to obtain the best sensitivity on the monofin.
After that we proceed with the installation of the shoes on the blade of the monofin, with a defined angle between the shoes and the blade to achieve the desired effect in water and the best performance of the monofin. Finally the rubber coating and colour add the finishing touches to the Binfins monofins.
